A. You can order online or look for our product at your local grocery or supermarket. You can also contact us for a store near you.
Q. Is this
the way the product comes, and all I have to do is defrost it
and serve?
A. No! This has already been cooked, the frozen roll you purchase
is still raw, but with a few simple steps you can do in your
kitchen, you'll serve the most delicious homemade Gefilte Fish
ever, and still claim proudly "I cooked it myself". (see cooking directions)
Q. This is
so expensive, compared to a jar of Gefilte Fish!?
A. After cooking the frozen roll you'll get between 10 and 12
slices of delicious Home Made Gefilte Fish, whereas from the
jar, after draining all the Jell-O, you would need 2 to 3 jars
to get 10 to 12 servings. See the Difference
Q. How is
the product prepared?

Q. How long
can the frozen roll last in the freezer?
A. After 3 years in the freezer, a Lab test proved that it was
still fresh.
Q. How long
can it last after cooking?
A. About 5 days in the refrigerator. Note, you can also cut frozen
roll in half, to cook for a smaller family, and continue storing
the other half in the freezer.
Q. Is it
Kosher for Passover?
A. A&B has different packaging for Passover, and all year
round. See difference
Q. Do I slice
the roll before cooking, or after?
A. Neither!, just slice it at time of serving, refrigerate after
cooking.

too much sugar!?
A. A&B has a No Sugar and a ½ Sugar (called "Less
